Weather conditions in the Canadian Rockies. 

  • Daytime: 15C to 22C (59F to 72F)
  • Evenings: Cooler evenings and nights
  • Higher elevations are chillier and may still have lingering snow. Expect a mix of sunshine and occasional rain with variable mountain weather.

Lightweight, breathable clothing that can be layered will be appreciated for daily temperature ranges.

Visa
U.S. citizens are exempt from the eTA requirement and must carry proper identification such as valid U.S. passport.

Electricity & Devices

Type A Plug

In Canada there are two associated plug types, types A and B. Type A plugs have two flat parallel pins and type B plugs have two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin. Canada operates on a 120V supply voltage and 60Hz.
