Pink Hat Rewards Program

Welcome to Pink Hat Rewards – our way of saying thank you for traveling with the Women’s Travel Club, sharing your journeys, and being part of our incredible community of women who explore the world together.

As you travel, refer friends, and engage with our tours, you’ll earn Pink Hat Points that can be redeemed toward future adventures. Below you’ll find all the details on how the program works, how to earn points, and how to redeem them.

How Pink Hat Points Work

Pink Hat Points are our in-house travel credits. As you participate in tours and WTC activities, you’ll collect points in your Member Hub. Once you’ve accumulated enough, you can redeem them toward eligible Women’s Travel Club tours.

Point value:
150 Pink Hat Points = $10 CAD in travel credit (That’s 15 points = $1 CAD.)

Minimum redemption:
You may redeem points once you reach at least 750 points ($50 credit), in increments of 150 points ($10).

How to Earn Pink Hat Points

Booking & Traveling

  • Book a Women’s Travel Club tour – 500 points
  • Tour completed (paid in full):
    • Essential Tour – 500 points
    • Classic Tour – 750 points
    • Signature Tour – 1,000 points
    • Bespoke Journey – 1,250 points

Booking Bonuses

  • Pre-book a tour – 100 points
  • Book a pre-booked tour – 100 points
  • Add a second tour in the same calendar year – 200 points

Engagement Bonuses

  • Complete all required pre-travel forms – 50 points
  • Birthday bonus – 100 points
  • Leave a review or testimonial – 100 points

Referral Bonuses

  • Refer a friend who joins the Women’s Travel Club community – 100 points
  • Refer a friend who books and travels on a tour – 500 points
    (Awarded after your friend departs on her tour.)

Where You Can Use Your Points

Pink Hat Points may be redeemed toward eligible Women’s Travel Club tours in the following categories:

  • Classic Tours
  • Signature Tours
  • Bespoke Journeys

Essential Tours are excluded from points redemption.

Redemption Rules

Final Balance Only

Pink Hat Points can be applied to the final balance only, not to deposits or initial payments. Once your final balance has been issued for an eligible tour, you may request a points redemption and we’ll apply the credit to your invoice.

Not Combinable with Certain Promotions

To keep the program fair and sustainable, Pink Hat Points may not be used in conjunction with:

  • Deep discount promotions
  • Combined supplier sales
  • Limited-time flash discounts
  • Any offer marked as “non-combinable”

Minimum Redemption Amount

The minimum redemption is 750 points ($50 credit), and redemptions must be made in increments of 150 points ($10). This helps us keep the program rewarding while making redemptions easy to manage.

When Points Are Awarded

Pink Hat Points are added to your account after qualifying actions are confirmed by the Women’s Travel Club team. For example:

  • Tour completion points are awarded once your tour has successfully departed and payment is complete.
  • Referral travel rewards are awarded after your referred guest departs on her tour.
  • Review, testimonial, and engagement bonuses are awarded after submission and verification.

How to Redeem Your Points

When you’re ready to use your Pink Hat Points:

  1. Visit the Pink Hat Rewards section in your Member Hub.
  2. Click on the Redeem Points link or form.
  3. Let us know which eligible tour you’d like to apply your points to, and how many points you wish to redeem (subject to minimums and increments).
  4. A member of our team will review your request, adjust your final balance, and deduct the corresponding points from your account.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your redemption has been processed.

Program Notes & Terms

  • Pink Hat Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they are assigned.
  • Points cannot be applied retroactively to past bookings or completed tours.
  • Women’s Travel Club reserves the right to adjust point values, earning opportunities, or program guidelines. Any changes will be communicated to members.
