Travel has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a close-knit community and a large, energetic family, I learned early on that some of the best memories are created when people come together to share experiences.
My love of travel began with family adventures across Canada and the United States, carefully planned by my mother, who always believed in exploring beyond our own backyard. In my early twenties, I had the opportunity to travel with her to Cyprus while she worked on an archaeological dig. That experience opened my eyes to the incredible diversity of the world and sparked a passion for travel that has stayed with me ever since.
Throughout my career in education, I was fortunate to combine my love of learning and travel by organizing conferences, coaching teams, and leading student trips throughout Europe. Those experiences reinforced my belief that travel teaches us as much about ourselves as it does about the places we visit.
Today, I continue to seek out new adventures through the Women’s Travel Club. From the vibrant streets of New Orleans and New York City to the beauty of Spain, Tuscany, and Quebec City, every destination has provided new friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deeper appreciation for the world around me.
Travel has enriched my life in countless ways, and one of my greatest joys is helping other women experience that same sense of wonder, connection, and discovery.
